Peter Arnt Nielsen is a certified arbitrator.

He has been arbitrator in many Danish and internatio-nal cases on in particular sale contracts, distribution- and agency contracts, commercial tenancies and em-ployment contracts as a sole arbitrator, a chairman and an arbitrator. He arbitrates in ad hoc cases and in institutional cases.

Peter Arnt Nielsen is an Advocate and a Professor in Danish and internationallitigation, arbitration and me-diation well as Danish and international contract law. He was chairman of the Danish Bar and Law Society's working party on a reform of the Arbitration Act, who-se draft and report led to the Arbitration Act.
